There are no returns on chemicals, pool heaters, heat pumps, electrical items, or any pool cleaner! Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via e-mail giving us the order number and item number and we will respond by the next business days with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be UNUSED, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. Chemicals and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

All of our items on our website include free shipping over $75 in the continental U.S. Orders take 3+ days to ship out and then are delivered in 4-5 working days. Freight orders take 7-10 workings days. There are no local pickups.

Returned items and refused items are to be charged a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways. Once items are installed they are covered under the manufacture warranty. For warranty items the manufactures have to be contacted. There are no refunds for warranty items.
