Swimming Pool Supply USA Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

At Swimming Pool Supply USA, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review the following policies regarding returns, cancellations, warranties, and shipping before placing your order.

Return Policy

We ship only new, unused products in their original manufacturer packaging. Due to the nature of pool equipment and supplies, certain items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pool cleaners
  • Pool heaters and heat pumps
  • Pool chemicals
  • Paint and liquid products
  • Special order items
  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or altered

All warranty issues for these products must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Returnable Items

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by emailing help@swimmingpoolsupplyusa.com.
  • Please include your order number, order date, product name, and reason for the return.
  • We will respond with your RGA instructions within approximately 2 business days.
  • Returns received without an RGA will not be accepted.
  • Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and original packaging must be included.
  • Electrical items must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Items shipped directly from a manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Because credit card processors do not refund the processing fees charged to us, all canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred when your order is placed.

Changing an Item Instead of Canceling?

If you are canceling an item to purchase a different product, the 3% cancellation fee will be waived. Instead, we will issue your payment as store credit, which can be applied toward your replacement order.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold by Swimming Pool Supply USA are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty.

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Refer to the warranty documentation included with your product.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
  • If you need assistance locating manufacturer warranty information, please email help@swimmingpoolsupplyusa.com.

Swimming Pool Supply USA does not provide or imply any warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty obligations remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Warranty claims are not considered returns and are processed separately.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Charges

Approved returns are subject to the following:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders refused at delivery are subject to both outbound and return freight charges.
  • Refused shipments may also be subject to the applicable restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery.
  • Please retain the original packaging and all shipping materials.
  • We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

Our responsibility is limited to the replacement of products that are confirmed to have been damaged during transit.

Shipping Information

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date.
  • Orders typically ship via FedEx Ground.
  • Standard delivery is generally 3–7 business days.
  • An indirect signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Swimming Pool Supply USA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from our website. Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.
