The company shipped out the pump quickly.  Apparently the pump had defects and would not start up.  I contacted Swimming Pool Supply and advised of my problem.  They were quick to send a shipping label and refunded the purchase amount upon receiving the pump.  Thanks Pool Supply for the good customer service.
