I initially ordered eight cartridges as we have a large filter for our pool.  I only received one box of four (half the order) as scheduled.  I was missing the second box of four cartridges.  I contacted Swimmingpoolsupplyusa.com to let them know I had only received half my order.  They immediately remedied the order and sent the second box right away.  They are a great company to deal with.
